1. Agreement Overview

By engaging the services of Heroes Asset Recovery ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the recovery of surplus funds, unclaimed assets, or any related services provided by the Company.

2. No Guarantee of Recovery

While Heroes Asset Recovery will make every reasonable effort to recover your surplus funds or unclaimed assets, success cannot be guaranteed. The Client acknowledges that recovery efforts depend on third-party entities, such as government agencies, and unforeseen delays or denials may occur.

3. Contingency Fee Structure

Heroes Asset Recovery operates strictly on a contingency fee basis. The Company will only collect a pre-agreed percentage of the recovered funds as compensation. If no funds are recovered, the Client owes no fees or expenses.

4. Responsibility for Legal Costs

Heroes Asset Recovery covers all legal fees and costs associated with the recovery process. Clients are not responsible for reimbursing any expenses incurred during the recovery process.

5. Ownership Verification

The Client agrees to provide all necessary documents or information requested by Heroes Asset Recovery to verify ownership of the surplus funds or unclaimed assets. Asset Hero reserves the right to terminate the agreement if ownership cannot be verified.

6. Authority to Act on Client's Behalf

The Client grants Heroes Asset Recovery the authority to act on their behalf in all matters related to the recovery of funds, including but not limited to filing claims, attending court hearings, and negotiating with third parties.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Heroes Asset Recovery will handle the Client's personal and financial information with strict confidentiality. The Company will only use this information to facilitate the recovery process and will not disclose it to unauthorized parties.

8. Client Cooperation

The Client agrees to cooperate fully with Heroes Asset Recovery, including timely submission of documents and responses to inquiries. Delays caused by the Client may extend the recovery timeline.

9. Recovery Timeline

Heroes Asset Recovery does not guarantee a specific timeframe for fund recovery. Timelines depend on factors beyond the Company’s control, including the responsiveness of government agencies and the complexity of the claim.

10. Limitation of Liability

Heroes Asset Recovery shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Client due to delays, denials, or errors outside the Company’s control. Liability is limited to the fees collected by Asset Hero in connection with the specific recovery effort.

11. Termination of Services

Heroes Asset Recovery reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to cooperate, provides false information, or breaches these terms. Any funds already recovered prior to termination will be subject to the agreed contingency fee.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Company operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

13. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Heroes Asset Recovery regarding the services provided. No oral or written representations or agreements outside of this document are binding unless signed by both parties.

14. Amendments

Heroes Asset Recovery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their application.

15. SMS Communication

15.1 Client Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Heroes Asset Recovery for updates regarding the recovery process, including reminders, status updates, and other relevant communications.

15.2 Proper Use of SMS Services

SMS messages sent by Heroes Asset Recovery are strictly for informational purposes related to your case. Clients are prohibited from using Heroes Asset Recovery's SMS services for unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to spamming, marketing, or harassment.

15.3 Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. Opting out will not affect your rights or ability to engage with Heroes Asset Recovery's services, although certain updates may be delayed or unavailable.

15.4 Carrier and Regulatory Compliance

Asset Hero adheres to all applicable carrier and regulatory guidelines, including those set by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Clients must ensure that their provided contact information complies with these regulations to avoid service disruptions.

15.5 No Guarantee of Delivery

Heroes Asset Recovery is not responsible for undelivered messages due to carrier issues, blocked numbers, or inaccurate contact information provided by the Client. Clients must ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.

15.6 Liability for Non-Compliance

If a Client’s actions result in a breach of SMS regulations (e.g., excessive message blocking or reporting), Heroes Asset Recovery reserves the right to terminate services immediately. The Client may also be held responsible for any resulting fees, penalties, or damages incurred by the Company.
